Job Title: Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager

Location: Bozeman, MT

Pay Range: $46.50/hr to $51.50/hr depending on experience

Position Overview: As a Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a key role in our operations, responsible for bidding jobs, managing projects, and fostering strong relationships with builders and contractors. You will also be involved in pulling permits and training apprentices to ensure our team maintains the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate and competitive bids for residential and commercial plumbing projects
• Collaborate closely with builders, contractors, and clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects
• Pull necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required to advance in their careers
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Master Plumber
• Proven experience in plumbing estimation and project management
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
