As they continue growing, they are looking for a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team in Dallas, Texas, supporting multiple investment funds. The ideal candidate will play a key role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position involves various aspects of fund accounting, financial reporting, cash management, investor reporting, and fund performance/analysis deliverables.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

• Oversee accounting duties for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
• Assist in oversight of the Funds’ Administrator and reconcile internal systems
• Handle investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and audit processes
• Assist with compliance reports, quarterly valuations, and expense analysis
• Develop internal controls, resolve accounting issues, and manage special projects
• Mentor and develop junior team members

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• 7 – 10 years of accounting experience in public accounting, fund administration, or investment management
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in accounting, Excel, and experience with credit and structured products (CLOs, Bank Debt, HY Bonds)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Thorough understanding of accounting rules and industry practices
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and deadline-focused
• Hands-on team player with problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple deliverables
