As they continue growing, they are looking for a Corporate Fund Accountant to join their team in Dallas. This accountant, who will be a part of The Management Company Accounting team, is responsible for driving strong financial control processes that support the business in a value-added way across accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and treasury operations. This role will be a key part of the team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

  • Manage accounting responsibilities within the quarterly close cycle.
  • Perform a detailed monthly review of all P&L activity by individual Business Units.
  • Responsible for all facets of the expense allocation close process, including reviewing and analyzing all booked expenses.
  • Manage consolidated quarterly financial reporting, including financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Review fee-related items (management fees, transaction fee offsets, in-house services, specialized services).
  • Manage and perform special projects and analysis for leadership.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • An Accounting or Finance degree and 5-8 years of financial reporting and analysis experience
  • Strong accounting acumen and knowledge of GAAP and Statutory accounting principles
  • Professional certifications are a plus (CPA or equivalent)
  • Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
  • Experience with alternative investments and management company accounting preferred
