Senior Accountant / GL Accountant / Senior Staff Accountant

- Salary: $100k – $120k
- Bonus: 10% to 15% annual, based on management discretion
- Equity: RSU/Equity, based on management discretion
- Report to the Senior Accounting Manager/Accounting Manager
- Responsible for daily general ledger functions: fixed assets, GL, audit support, monthly reconciliations, and monthly close
- Hands-on, manual role with required Excel experience
- On-site for the next 2-3 quarters, then transitioning to hybrid
- Experience with small publicly traded or pre-IPO companies with SOX readiness and audit readiness
- Experience working for Pharmaceutical or Biotech companies strongly encouraged.
- Strong skills in GL, inter-company, and SOX compliance
- Adaptability to a constantly changing environment
- Experience with international consolidations
- SEC and audit support experience
