Position Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of tasks under close supervision of higher-level employees.
• Following instructions based on work instructions, scan guns, and reports.
• Read work instructions to sub-assemble automotive components/parts.
• Pays close attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly of components and parts.
• Pay close attention to accurately scan and counts of material parts.
• Scans parts and place them into tubs according to customer requirements.
• Some assembly is required.
• Use of small, powered hand tools is required.
• May be trained to assist with stocking or kitting.
• Performs general audit, count, build, repack, tagging, etc.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level employee.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Clean up work station to include sweeping, trash pick up and put equipment back to it’s place.
• Performs any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Ability to read, listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to count accurately.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Ability to work with others as a team player.
• Ability to work full time and full shifts with extra hours & weekends as required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
