As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we're looking for an experienced, SHIPPING TECHNICIAN – SECOND SHIFT.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Executes processes to ensure the shipping of parts to the customer is accurate and on schedule.

• Has oversite and responsibility to prepare all outbound shipping documentation associated with BOL (4 copies per load)
• CLI Green Sheet safety procedure.
• Update all associated tracking systems. i.e., Uber Freight daily load schedule and tracking, internal CLI load tracking sheet
• Ensuring all appropriate Streme IRN and electronic triggers are completed for every load. Elevate issues accordingly.
• Posting shipments. 

• Updates daily driver sign in log. Reviews yard rules with all drivers. 

• Maintaining yard, dock door, chock card/keys on board for yard management and dock safety.
• Transition with shipping personnel on CLI load safety Green Sheet information for all loads to be loaded. Daily yard check at start and end of shift.
• Tracking daily load completion and communication with Uber Freight on driver pull status issues/ non on time arrivals.
• Handle daily carrier driver issues concerning lack of Uber Freight load ID and arrival time/pull time miscommunications/expectations.
• Sending daily reports on loads shipped. 
• Reprinting and scanning and sending any documentation requested by receiving locations on demand daily. 
• Perform daily audits (LPAs) for leadership team / Quality Control

• Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the leadership group.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
