- Perform Vulnerability Management Operations -- Administer, operate, update, patch, configure, develop, integrate,
Completes tasks designed to ensure security of the organization's systems and information assets.
- Protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction and develops IT security policies and standards.
- Implements policies or procedures and tracks compliance throughout the organization.
- Perform vulnerability assessment using AF provided tools. This task includes:
- Scanning, tracking, recording, and reporting vulnerabilities using government provided tools.
- Reporting and uploading scan results to the DISA's Vulnerability Management System (VMS) tool, or its
- Perform patch management for servers, workstations, and infrastructure devices.
- Deploy, manage, troubleshoot, and provide technical solutions for Air Force End Point Protection System agents and
- Conduct and manage End Point Protection operations for securing AF client systems.
- Ensure compliance with approved security updates, patches, baselines, associated orders, and network defense
