J ob Summary:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all employees are meeting performance standards and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement company policies and procedures
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and utilization
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to the executive team
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the customer service industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with operational software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
