COMMUNITY ASSISTANT 

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, eligible for benefits

PAY: $16 Per hour

SUMMARY: Redstone Residential seeks Community Assistants who are creative, adaptive, outgoing, and hardworking. This position requires the ability to deliver high-quality customer service and dedication to our residents. Community Assistants (CAs) must possess the skills to cooperate and collaborate as a team. Teamwork is an essential characteristic of community building. 

TEAM: Redstone Residential is a national student and conventional housing operator, headquartered in Provo, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Included but not limited to) 

• Help residents with daily needs
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating
• "On-call" responsibilities (lock-outs, nightly rounds, etc.) 
• Maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of the community to quickly respond to
  inquiries
• Keep in communication with residents and team members 
• Abide by company policies and procedures 
• Administrative Front Desk tasks and duties 
• Give property tours to perspective residents 
• Attend meetings and required events 
• Empower other team members and residents by being a positive role model and leader at the community 
• Participate in training as required 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Excellent verbal and written communication 
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
• Basic computer/Google Apps knowledge 
• Ability to embody the Redstone Culture and Redstone’s Core Values every day
