Community Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $68,000 Per year the ability to earn an additional 20% of salary through performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Lease-Up Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Lease-Up Community Manager is responsible to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property.
