Job Description

Responsible for acting as a liaison between
customers and our client, a consumer package goods firm. Assists with
complaints, orders, errors,
account questions, billing, and other queries.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Upgrade accounts.
• Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Advise on company/product information.
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
• Place orders.
• Inform customer of deals and promotions.
• Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Qualifications

Must Type 45WPM Minimum

Must have good business writing skills
