**Responsibilities:**
- Accurately prepare customer invoices and monthly statements
- Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update customer billing records
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless processes
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries promptly
**Qualifications:**
· Strong attention to detail
· Experience with high volume data entry
· Speed and accuracy in data entry
· Ability to task switch effectively and often
· Team mentality and “can do” attitude
· Self-motivation and discipline, ability to manage time appropriately
· Organizational and prioritizing skills
