We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembly Inspector and for our 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling components, inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, and loading products onto machines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
• Follow assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to ensure product quality.
• Handle and manipulate small parts with precision.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• Communicate any issues or defects found during inspection to the supervisor.
• Load and unload parts into machinery.
• Ensure machines are properly calibrated and adjusted for product specifications.
• Monitor machine loading to detect problems and make necessary adjustments.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly, inspection, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift hours.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
