The ideal candidate will create meaningful connections with children and their parents as you create a relaxed and comfortable environment for all.Duties include:• Assist Parents with enrollment, paperwork & daily check-in.• Maintain accurate family data in our computer system.• Walk center to track & adjust ratios.• Assist with meal preparation, serving & cleanup.• Key-holder, may be responsible for opening or closing building.• Able to communicate with parents and staff of different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds about enrollment and their child.• Willing to help co-workers, students and parents as needed.The successful candidate will possess:• Passion for Early Childhood Education, the students, & their families.• Excellent computer skills.• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.• Effective working with people of all backgrounds and cultures.• Exceptional communication skills.• Experience using ProCare or other daycare management software.• Track record of reliable attendance.• Must have a good sense of humor & patience.Our company won The TOP WORKPLACE in Richmond for 2021 and 2022.
