As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson/Project Manager to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.

The Salesperson/Project Manager will play a critical role in driving our business growth by securing new projects, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and project management expertise to effectively handle client interactions and oversee the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide estimates.
• Present proposals to clients and close sales.

Securing New Projects:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Attend industry events and network to generate leads.

Managing Project Timelines and Budgets:

• Create detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with the foreman and other team members to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

• Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably in the tree service or related industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $71,211.00 - $78,945.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
