This is a Full Time Equivalent Duty. The candidate shall support the Government to:

• Draft a portfolio strategy, vision, goals, and objectives that evolve the current portfolios and their constituent investments, and leverage current and future tools such as the rehosted IT Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS).
• Analyze the SAF/AA managed portfolios and related portfolio management activities in the context of Air Force enterprise portfolio goals and guidance
• Propose strategic guidance to support ongoing enterprise integration activities that would include reengineering enterprise business processes
• Develop or propose methodologies to support ongoing enterprise integration activities
• Provide recommendations for reengineering enterprise business processes and supporting SAF/AA portfolio management activities
• Suggest tools to implement the proposed methodologies and recommendations
• Conduct a study of business and systems alignment, including a comprehensive capability analysis, that enables realization of end-to-end portfolio objectives
• Conduct portfolio management business process re-engineering activities that can be used to improve overall operations
• Conduct and assist with data collection, compilation, aggregation, and organization to assist in systems analysis and consolidation
• Provide senior subject matter expertise with unique skills in enterprise architecture, portfolio management, business architecture, and emerging technologies consistent with SAF/AAI guidance for investment methodology development
• Assist in the development of draft policy, oversight, and guidance of initiatives
• Track current and planned capability efforts (e.g. plans/investments/performance/ modernization approaches/design trades)
• Assess alignment of efforts and proposed solutions with the domain architecture, technical standards, and policies and provide recommendations to the domain mangers
• Perform administrative functions and conduct analytic reviews of investment/records captured in DAF ITIPS
• Draft recommendations, information papers, briefings and reports for the domain manager capturing domain performance, requirements status, portfolio health, and long term strategies
• Support domain manager as well as support the development of the domain deliverables as part of HQ DAF CIO portfolio effort
• Identify and assess all current and proposed Case Management Systems (CMS) within the Business Mission Area (BMA)
• Assist the Case Management Requirements Funds Sponsor with business capability reviews, enterprise architecture analysis, CMS rationalization and consolidation road mapping
• Review, assess, and present information related to additions or modifications to the Disciplinary, Law Enforcement, and Counter-Intelligence (DLECI) CMS portfolio
• Participate in future capability performance analysis studies organized by the HQ DAF CIO
• Work with DLECI CMS owners and Program Managers to ensure management activities align with responsibilities.
