We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect / Team Lead to guide our technical teams and contribute to the development of high-quality solutions for our clients, especially in federal government projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture using AWS, modernization efforts, and a proven track record of leading development teams through complex project landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and robust architecture using microservices, focusing on AWS cloud technologies.
• Lead modernization efforts to migrate legacy systems to modern frameworks and architectures, enhancing functionality and integration capabilities.
• Develop and maintain MicroFrontEnds with React, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Utilize Java/spring boot for backend development, adhering to the latest industry standards, best practices & proven design patterns.
• Mentor and lead development teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding guidelines to maintain high-quality code standards.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to integrate security practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, optimizing deployment processes and ensuring reliable release cycles.
• Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities, implementing solutions to safeguard all aspects of the system.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that architectural solutions meet both technical and business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal government project requirements, ensuring compliance and alignment with federal guidelines.
