PRIMARY FUNCTION :
To provide assistance to Spanish speaking families in our schools
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet all visitors and assist students / families whose primary language is Spanish
- Assist Spanish speaking families with school forms and ensure they are completed correctly with all required paperwork
- Verify that all registration forms and necessary documentation are completed and sent to MLL Office (if applicable)
- Assist front office with phone calls from Spanish speaking families
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma / GED
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
- Experience working with office staff
- Proficient office skills
