We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to join our team and drive our outreach efforts.

As the Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our exterior renovation services. You will lead a team of canvassers, develop strategies, and ensure the effective execution of door-to-door marketing campaigns. Your goal is to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance.
• Campaign Management: Develop and implement door-to-door canvassing strategies and campaigns. Set goals, monitor progress, and adjust tactics as needed to achieve targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in designated areas. Ensure canvassers effectively communicate our value proposition and generate qualified leads.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of canvassing activities. Prepare regular reports on team performance, lead generation, and campaign outcomes.
• Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the canvassing process.
• Compliance: Ensure all canvassing activities comply with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a door-to-door sales or canvassing role, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
