We are working with an established high end meat purveyor who recently opened a new facility. We are on the hunt for a talented and experienced Center of the Plate sales professional. This company offers a wide variety of protein products across beef, pork, lamb, veal and poultry and targets the top 20% of the foodservice industry.
In this Sales Representative position, you will be responsible for carrying a bag of a wide variety of sous vide proteins, sauces, and entrees and selling to college campus cafeterias, nursing homes, healthcare, stadiums, independent restaurants, hotels, country clubs, etc.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for organizing and planning your day-to-day activities as the majority of each day is spent calling on customers. This position comes with a high degree of autonomy and therefore, the successful candidate must be a self-starter, able to build and develop strong relationships across internal teams and external (existing and prospective) customers.
