- Non-forced and flexible dispatch
- 40-50% loads need to be tarped paid at $40 / load

- Automatics
- Governed at 65mph
- Trucks can be taken home
- Breakdown pay $100 / day
- Riders and pets are free
- $1500-$1600 weekly average
- $300 weekly per diem
- 1 year OTR experience(3 states) with 6 months of flatbed experience required
- Steel / Coil hauling required
- Sign On Bonus - $5000
- $1500 at 6 months
- $2000 at 1 year
