JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES PERSON
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team. As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with potential customers and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals with customers.
DUTIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present product features and benefits to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Familiarity with CRM software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
