As a Tony Award winning Broadway Producer and more than 40-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Development Specialist to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community.
The Development Specialist works to deliver on RMT’s fundraising and cultivation activities, in accordance with the Development Plan. The Development Specialist works to fulfill daily administrative, organizational, logistical, and technical needs to meet the annual budget goals for each fiscal season.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of work experience and Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills including Outlook and donor database
