Red Oak Technologies is a leading provider of comprehensive resourcing solutions across a variety of industries and sectors including IT, Marketing, Finance, Business Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering.
Our client is a large electric lighting equipment manufacturer . They are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is a CONTRACT position. Position will be ONSITE . Candidates must be residing within commutable distance of San Jose, CA to be considered.
**Occasional OT**

**6 month contract possible extension**
Position Duties:
- Has experience handling UPS/FedEx small parcel and LTL shipments daily.
- Prepare shipping documents including BOL, shipping label, and packing slip.
- Work with related teams to fulfill requested items.
- Meet productivity standards, including completing work in a timely manner.
- 2 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Process sales orders and prepare shipping documents
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
- Has great communication skills and computer skills.
