Red Rabbit is Hiring a Remote Executive Assistant

About the Company:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the COO’s office and involves close collaboration with senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will act as the project manager and administrator for the COO coordinating with various departments, assisting in prioritizing initiatives, managing data and communication, and supporting decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic and Project Management: Assist the COO in the execution of implementing long-term strategies and business plans that align with Red Rabbit’s mission and goals. Oversee key projects and initiatives to ensure they stay on track, meet deadlines, and align with the organization’s objectives ensuring tasks do not fall “through the cracks”.
  2. Coordination and Communication: Ensure effective communication and coordination between various departments and teams within the organization, fostering a collaborative environment. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and represent the COO in meetings and events as needed, while filtering and prioritizing client visits or phone calls, and communicating on behalf of the COO.
  3. General Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the COO, including managing schedules, preparing communications, and organizing meetings. Support with school-related compliance paperwork and light finance administration, such as maintaining records and performing minor accounting duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing financial and government compliance, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Excel or Sheets is a must
  • Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
  • Commitment to Red Rabbit’s mission and values, with a passion for social justice and community service.
  • Bi-lingual (English/ Spanish preferred)
