Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the COO’s office and involves close collaboration with senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will act as the project manager and administrator for the COO coordinating with various departments, assisting in prioritizing initiatives, managing data and communication, and supporting decision-making processes.
