Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who knows housekeeping also. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Check In check out Guest.Rooms allotment room changing Making room key payments posting in the hotel system.
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage the company's main email account and respond to inquiries promptly.

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple lines
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in Hotel/Motel is a MUST
Should Have hotel front desk and housekeeping experience
