Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our organization, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing and employee pay records.
• Generate labor reports based on time and attendance data.
• Administer deductions and benefits programs.
• Oversee employee relations, including onboarding and training.
• Coordinate company events.
• Manage health and retirement benefits programs, including working with vendors and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee employee training programs and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
• Track and record safety incidents and key performance indicators.
• Lead the safety team.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong understanding of human resource concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of physical tasks, including walking, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers repetitively.
• Ability to lift light weight occasionally.
