Press Operator (Flexographic Experience Required)Summary: We are seeking a skilled Press Operator with a minimum of 5 years of direct flexographic experience (no offset or digital) to join our team for the 2nd shift. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift Availability:
- Must be able and willing to train on either 1st or 2nd shift.
- Starting at $25.00 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.
- Shift differentials: $1.50/hour for 2nd shift.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to self-motivate and work industriously.
- Proficiency in reading, printing, and basic math.
- Ability to follow detailed but straightforward written or oral instructions.
- Problem-solving skills for dealing with concrete variables in standardized situations.
