Red Ventures is Hiring a Product Manager | AI Products Near Charlotte, NC

We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our AI Products division. Formed in 2022, we are charged with building AI-powered solutions that change how our teammates operate, how our brands go to market, and how we show up for our customers and partners. We're incubating applications that are step-changing how we produce media, personalize our users' experience, and converse with our customers across many touch points. Our team is responsible for both building the underlying technology and applying these applications to business opportunities across the Red Ventures portfolio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own product life cycles from end to end. You will be responsible for finding new opportunities, estimating opportunity size, setting roadmaps for the team, defining success metrics, driving the adoption of our internal products, and utilizing data-driven approaches to determine what to do next.
This role will have a high level of visibility across the industry groups. You will be the point person for a key capability or consumer offering with multiple senior stakeholders while working directly with end-users as you integrate your product suite. Your contribution to the organization will be multifaceted - we are looking for someone who has a strong technical and analytical foundation and has experience influencing and driving business decisions through collaboration and influential communication.
This is a hybrid position located in our South Charlotte office.
What You'll Do:
  • Translate high-level objectives into detailed technical deliverables, and manage roadmap items to completion through effective collaboration with your engineering & data science team
  • Be the voice of the user. You are responsible for identifying user problems and addressing them with iterative software development.
  • Own opportunity sizing, develop success metrics for our products, and conduct in-depth analysis on the evolution of these metrics
  • Drive product adoption across our industry group by effectively communicating with stakeholders and operating as a hands-on power user of our core capabilities to demonstrate business value
  • Lead and assist the team in troubleshooting user-facing issues
  • Increase product stickiness through data analysis, feature customization, end-user training, user testing, and case study development to ensure continuous value creation and iterations
What We're Looking For:
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and capable of coming up with data-driven ideas to create value for consumers and business partners
  • Demonstrated experience in data-related programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, or R) with experience driving products forward through strong data analysis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation, and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify and focus on the activities that will drive the largest lift to targeted metrics
  • A team player with no ego, a great sense of humor, and receptive to feedback with a desire and commitment to get better every day
  • Demonstrated willingness and desire to learn how to unblock yourself from tasks outside of your traditional scope to drive broader impact
  • Plus: Knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and optimization, with experience working directly or indirectly on a specific business application in this field
Compensation
  • Cash Compensation Range: $90,000-$130,000
*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Paid Time Off
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
