Launch Operations Manager

• Location: Remote / Hybrid (Petaluma, CA)
• Job Type: Full Time, Salary Range $66,560-$80k
• Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm (Monday – Friday)
• Reports To: Director of Launch Operations

RedAwning, a fast-growing leader in the vacation rental industry, is seeking an experienced, proactive, and motivated individual to join our team.

What We Are Looking For:

As the Launch Manager, you will oversee the seamless onboarding process for new clients, taking ownership from the moment of contract signing to the property's successful launch on booking platforms. You will need to exercise excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills to facilitate collaborative relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensure properties are set up accurately and ready to accept reservations.
• Manage and optimize the Onboarding Process, including the scheduling of photography, pre-launch inspections, and smart lock installations.
• Lead pre-onboarding and final calls with customers, ensuring they launch within 6 weeks of signing a contract with us.
• Serve as the point of contact for property owners throughout the onboarding process until going live.
• Manage a team of offshore employees, coordinating their efforts to ensure efficient execution of property setup tasks and client communication tasks.
• Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Post-Launch teams.
• Meet and maintain Awning standards and metrics related to owner satisfaction.
• Report to and work closely with the Director of Launch Operations

Qualifications: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities include

Education and/ or Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in operations and stakeholder relationship management
• 1-3 years experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making around financial impact
• Prior experience in a client-facing role (i.e. management consulting, sales, etc) (preferred)
• Experience in the real estate and/or hospitality industries
• Experience working cross-functionally to execute high-impact projects

Abilities and Attributes:

• Excel (must-have)
• SQL (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to build relationships and improve and expand upon strategic service offerings
• Excellent self-management skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver work to meet tight deadlines
• Proven quantitative abilities to decipher process improvement needs within a data set
• The ability to take ownership in a fast-paced environment and deep dive into ambiguous problems
• Must be accurate, organized, and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time/workload
• Creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify new and innovative opportunities

Work Environment:

• While this position can be worked from anywhere, we offer an in-person option in our Petaluma HQ office space.
