Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Major Gifts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience procuring major gifts. We are a ministry-based 501(c)3 organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to maximize contributions
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage donors and promote fundraising initiatives
- Manage philanthropic goals for all our subsidiaries and create a program for planned giving
Experience
- Proven success in philanthropy, fundraising, or related roles
- 5 years of experience
- High level of integrity and the ability to build trust
- Familiarity with the business and ministry aspects of fundraising
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
