Job SummaryWe are a prominent statewide political campaign in the State of Washington looking for a dependable individual with leadership skills and a strong work-ethic to run our regional campaign office for Clark County and surrounding counties. Although training and orientation will be provided, the ideal candidate for the position is a self-starter and a fast learner.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a robust regional voter outreach operation
  • Training and managing field staff and volunteers
  • Regular tracking of field staff productivity
  • Holding field staff accountable for meeting goals and metrics
  • Reporting metrics and productivity to senior staff
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Management and leadership experience is a plus, but not required
  • Political campaign experience is a plus, but not required
