As a Retail Assistant at Redbird, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by assisting with various store operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and stocking
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
