Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in locating and purchasing products
• Operate cash registers to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer returns, exchanges, and inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain organized and appealing merchandise displays
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Assist with inventory counts and store audits as needed
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
