Redbud Farm School is a small private elementary school in SW Oklahoma City, OK. We offer a creative, engaging and inclusive environment for our students and teachers. Our philosophy of education focuses on hands-on, project-based learning in a nature-rich environment. Along with our traditional core subjects, we offer a variety of learning activities in our outdoor classrooms including garden and animal care, STEM-based learning, and problem-solving opportunities.

This opportunity requires a candidate who has at least a Bachelor's Degree (any major) with previous teaching experience and is able to be independent, while also working as a member of the Elementary team. Candidates should be familiar with Positive Behavior Strategies and Developmentally Appropriate Practices. Knowledge of The Science of Reading practices is preferred. We are looking for individuals who are creative in their planning and lesson implementation and don't mind getting their hands dirty and having fun!
Redbud Farm School is located on a 4-acre farm campus with farm animals and both indoor and outdoor classroom environments. We focus on educating the whole child’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive development. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, “home away from home” environment to maximize our student's learning and engagement.
