**Job Description:**
Join our dedicated team for a high-paying, home weekly driving position. This role is perfect for those who enjoy staying active and driving within the region. You'll be responsible for hand unloading the trailer using rollers, staying physically active throughout your shifts.
**Overview:**

• Position suitable for solo drivers with more than 3 months of experience.
• Home weekly.
• Average earnings: $1,750/week ($91k/year).
• Top 10% earners: $2,488/week ($129k/year).

**Delivery Locations:**

• Regional routes through Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana starting from Ridgefield, WA.

**Schedule:**

• 34-hour reset weekly, with varying days off, typically including a Saturday or Sunday.
• Flexible shifts including day and night, with no set shift pattern.
• Holiday periods may affect time off, as will periods of lower store delivery needs.

**Compensation:**

• Hourly pay with overtime at time and a half after 40 hours.
• Safe and On-Time Mileage Bonus – Up to 3% of mileage pay.
