We are excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English skills and a background in project management within the construction industry, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success
- Utilize construction management software
- Read and interpret blueprints for project understanding
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting tasks
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Oversee on-site construction activities
- Ensure project documentation is up-to-date
- Support quality control procedures and help resolve project issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in project scheduling and time management
- Familiarity with construction site operations
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Experience with construction management software preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or related fields preferred

Skills:

- Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Good verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and team members
- Willingness to develop leadership skills and take on more responsibility over time
- Attention to detail to ensure project quality and compliance with regulations
- Basic negotiation skills to handle contracts and coordinate with vendors
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,480.00 per year
