Service Professional/Lead Tech:

As a Pest Control Technician with Redefined Pest Solutions, you will be helping to create our customer's experience and drive our amazing service standards. We are looking for someone to have positive energy and the enthusiasm to provide genuine care to all customers. Provide them with peace of mind, safety, confidence, communication and comfortability of their home and surroundings.

In this role you will inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. You'll follow a daily schedule of services while exemplifying excellent customer service and professionalism.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Follow a daily schedule, timely arrival at each account with customer notification

-Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality products

-Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers and employees

-Must possess a high level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service

-Highly motivated and able to work independently

-Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times

-Must have a current and valid driver's license

-Must pass a criminal background check and drug test

-Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

-Continual exposure to outside weather conditions

-Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

-Frequently inspect crawl spaces and attic areas of home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
