As the Sr. Programmatic Partnership Manager (Head of Programmatic), you’ll be instrumental in developing and executing strategic programmatic sales initiatives across the Redfin Real Estate Advertising Network as well as the development and optimization of our comprehensive programmatic advertising stack. In this role, you’ll drive substantial revenue growth through innovative programmatic advertising solutions and fostering client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll be Redfin’s subject matter expert of the programmatic ad space both internally and externally. You’ll bring your deep understanding of industry trends and partnership capabilities to be the trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, offering insights on industry trends and best practices.

The Role

• Strategic Development: Conceptualize, size, prioritize, and launch new programmatic partnerships that significantly boost revenue across all transaction types, specifically PMP and PG

• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks, DSPs, SSPs, and other demand sources, tailoring solutions to their business needs.

• Negotiation and Execution: Negotiate terms and manage the execution of MSAs with demand partners and SSPs.

• Build and Optimize Programmatic Ad Stack: Help develop and enhance the programmatic advertising framework to optimize ad delivery and performance across multiple channels.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with direct sales executives to create and seal successful hybrid deals.

• Operational Support: Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of programmatic campaigns.

• Sales Strategy and Team Planning: Actively contribute to the planning and strategy of future sales and team development.

• Industry Representation: Represent Redfin at industry conferences and events, enhancing the company’s visibility and thought leadership in the programmatic space in the form of industry articles and speaking opportunities.

About You

• 8 years of digital media experience with at least 4 years of direct experience in the programmatic media ecosystem (publisher, programmatic buyer, DSP, SSP)

• In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, technologies, and trends

• Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients, understanding their objectives and recommending best strategies

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Self-starter who likes to hustle and win

• Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly changing environment

• Some travel required
