This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.
Redfin is looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join an amazing team for a 90 day contract. Redfin is a new kind of real estate brokerage that puts clients first, making buying and selling a home faster, easier, and more efficient. As The HR Coordinator, You Will

• Help with managing data in Workday
• Perform data entry into Workday
• New Hire onboarding
• Job changes
• Organization restructures
• Compensation updates
• Address changes
• Redfin departure processing - employee and contractor
• Employee letter and memo creation for:
• Promotions
• Transfers
• Compensation memos for market adjustments
• Electronic file processing
• Other duties as needed

What You Bring

• Familiarity and comfort with software and HR Information Systems (preferably Workday)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Handles sensitive and confidential information with discretion
