John’s Table Kitchen & Bar is a local, independently owned/operated, full-service restaurant, bar, and event space. Your responsibilities include: Attending to guests before, during, and after their meals according to our service modelAll opening, running, and closing side work. Working as a respectful and dedicated team member in our team service model.Ensuring guests enjoy their stay completely and use of problem-solving solutions with management to correct any mistakes. Service awareness that ensures the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on your tables periodically throughout the service time. Willingness and commitment to developing food, beer, wine and liquor knowledge via on-the-job training. Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Some service experience is necessary for this role.
Pay details: We operate a hybrid of traditional sections and a team service model that ensures a fun and productive work environment while we display unmatched hospitality to our guests. Pay is consistent because of this. It usually ranges from $30-$45 per hour. We pay weekly, so budgeting is easier!
