The SiteBox Lot/Field service Technician travels to customer locations, as well as our other sites outside of Kansas City, to answer service calls for industrial, modular buildings, portable storage. These customer sites may include onsite repairs and trouble shooting. Common repairs include door hinges, flooring, carpentry and HVAC issues. A service visit could take a couple of hours or require a week or more at a customer site. Outside of repairs, you may assist with installs and the demobilizing of buildings from a customer’s site. At times, there is a need to utilize sub-contractors and you will be responsible for management of the project.
SiteBox Lot/Field Service Technicians are integral in providing a great customer experience to ensure RedGuard/SiteBox maintains the status as a preferred vendor for our clients. This requires prompt and accurate communication with the customer and Service Support. You will provide a quality and positive experience for our customers, while creating efficient and cost-effective results to better the organization.
