The RFGH Education Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team. The Clinical Educator will develop, coordinate, and implement educational programming for clinical staff within the Medical Office Building (MOB) outpatient setting, including new hire orientation, ongoing skill trainings and competency validation, along with assisting in various workforce development initiatives. This position works in close collaboration with the inpatient Clinical Educator and will assist with other staff education activities as necessary.
Status: Full time, 32 hours per week, M-Th. Some flexibility required.

Qualities: Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and teamwork skills. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter who is organized and able to think creatively.

Requirements: Must have valid state of Maine RN or LPN license. Certified Medical Assistants will also be considered for the role. Candidate must have clinical experience in direct patient care. Knowledge of adult education practices and curriculum development preferred. Experience in classroom instruction or clinical teaching preferred.
