Redington Fairview General Hospital is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Skowhegan, ME
RFGH is seeking an experienced, creative, self-directed HR Professional to join our HR team. General responsibilities will include payroll/benefits support, employee engagement, talent acquisition, personnel file maintenance, FMLA administration/tracking and other compliance related duties. Must have excellent technical, interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
Status: 40 hours/week
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self- motivated, able to take initiative on projects, creative and out of the box thinker.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a preferred.
