Position: QA Test lead (Insurance)

Experience Level: 12-14 Years

This is FTE and Day 1 onsite role - Hybrid work model opportunity.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 12-14 Years of experience working in a role delivery of large multifunctional projects.
• Experience working in customer environment, managing client stakeholders and their business priorities.
• Strong P&C domain experience
• Experience defining Test Strategy, Test Plans
• Manage onshore/offshore and client interaction and stakeholder communication as per the business needs. Supervise entire team and responsible for timely and quality deliveries.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
• Test Consulting and assessment in test automation / test process standardization, lead assessment exercise
• Strong understanding of SQL concepts – must have experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases
• Ensure test coverage and Requirement traceability. Review test scenarios and test cases.
• Musthave work experience in various Manual testing areas – Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
