Job Overview:

In this position, you'll work directly with the business owner on short term and long-term goals.

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the success and day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, sales, and business development. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Location: Hybrid (Remote Peachtree Corners, GA)
Hours: 12-20 hours per week

• 1-2 in the facility during evening (4p-8p) hours and the rest remote. We can be flexible in that schedule, but would want it to be consistent.

Duties:

- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and coaching to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for process improvement, making recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring timely completion and effective project management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and project management principles.
- Experience in managing a team of employees and providing effective leadership.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to achieve goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per week
