The White Plains, New York office is seeking to add an Associate to its Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, have strong professional judgment, be a problem solver and have a strong work ethic.

Educational/Experience Requirements

• JD degree required with New York Bar Admission
• Minimum of 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Research and drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, document review
• Construction Contract review and drafting
• Conducting commercial depositions, court appearances for motions and conferences
• Trial experience a plus
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel
• Excellent legal research, sophisticated writing ability and strong verbal communication are essential
• Proactive, resourceful and ability to work supervised and independently

Pay: From $80,000.00 - $110,000.00, depending on experience
