JOB SUMMARY

The Transportation Support Specialist helps develop and reinforce the programs and processes that support the transportation department and helps to build an atmosphere of safety and respect among students, staff, and community. This position fosters the development and maintenance of a positive environment that is inclusive and welcoming. The Transportation Support Specialist supports the transportation department with processes and systems, supports drivers and monitors in managing students and creating effective routines, and supports parents in communicating their needs and questions while resolving concerns.
