Redwood Private Security is Hiring a Branch Manager - Security Services Near Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary

This position has the responsibility and complete oversight of the day-to-day operations including management of Client Managers, support staff, and security personnel assigned to the various accounts. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all company processes are followed by all employees.
  • Responsible for branch accounts including client relations, contractual obligations and contract compliance.
  • Support branch accounts 24/7.
  • Responsible for branch compliance to company Policies and Procedures including, employee conduct, all aspects of safety and equipment maintenance.
  • Recruiting, coaching, counseling, and developing, assigned Assist with employee opportunities for advancement and promotional opportunities.
  • Provide vision and leadership for all assigned employees assigned to the branch.
  • Generate new business through outreach and networking efforts.
  • Oversee the delivery of superior service through subordinate managers and when necessary, cover assigned accounts in their absence.
  • Report all progress and updates to CEO including, keeping records and preparing accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods.
  • Follow-up on ongoing investigations.
  • Oversee administrative and operational functions including payroll, billing, accounts receivable, scheduling, etc. utilizing company software.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and
  • Monitor approved annual branch office budget.
  • Interview potential candidates for open positions.
  • Ensure that all assigned employees training is completed and logged in support software.
  • Ensure all branch employee evaluations are conducted in a timely manner along with completion of Career Development forms.
  • Continual prospecting for new clients using a variety of techniques, including cold calling and telephone solicitation.
  • Develop pricing and business development strategies in collaboration with and under direction of the CEO.
  • Participate in trade associations, trade shows, and assist in other promotional efforts.
  • Execute and assist in sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and submit proposals and responses to prospect RFPs after obtaining pricing and specifications approval from management, as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Five years of security management experience including two years of experience managing contract security personnel or equivalent educational and work experience.
  • Possession of a PILB Work Card a plus.
  • Experience with business development is a plus.
  • Ability to train and motivate an effective security
  • A college degree in Business Administration, Security Management or Criminal Justice is a plus.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record
  • Must be detailed oriented and deadline
  • Demonstrated strong leadership
  • Proficient with the usage of WinTeam software and all Windows based computer
  • Ability to create and maintain a superior workforce in a team
  • Be able to pass a comprehensive background
