**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Specialist / Program / Project Manager to lead and coordinate and implement our community outreach and stakeholder engagement projects from initiation to completion. Implementing is a key component of this role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management, budgeting, and various project management tools such as Asana, google spreadsheets, forms, etc.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and manage program initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

- Implement effective project management processes and methodologies related to community outreach

- Create community outreach programs and plans

- Manage KPIs

- Maintain databases

- Monitor program performance and report on metrics and kpis

- Identify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation plans for communications, outreach and engagement

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create professional corporate documents, reports and presentations

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role

- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices

- Proficiency in change management strategies

- Familiarity with project management programs like Asana

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose solutions
